The Larson Family

We have proudly served the beef industry for generations! Luke and Kate Larson founded Centennial Cuts with a passion for connecting consumers with top-quality, 100% Colorado beef. Our cattle roam the Apishapa Ranch, nestled south of Fowler, Colorado, a cornerstone of the Arkansas River Valley since its inception in 1990.

Three pillars of sustainability guide us every day – animal welfare, environmental welfare, and great tasting beef. Raised on a diet of Colorado grass and finished on locally grown grains, our cattle boast exceptional marbling and a delicious texture that embodies the essence of our region.

Western Heritage...

Our western heritage runs deep, with each steer and heifer tended to on horseback, honoring the timeless tradition of ranching. We are fortunate to play a role in preserving Western heritage, open spaces, and wildlife habitat. By supporting our family business, you’re helping to protect and sustain these vital treasures. Thank you, from the Larson Family.
